Welcome to April's Cake Creations

I design unique cake creations for your birthday party, bridal shower, baby shower, or wedding. Please call me at 423-368-5294 to check availability of the date and place an order for your cake. I have 2 small children so please contact me in advance so I will have plenty of time to create your custom cake. I also do old-fashioned cakes such as coconut, red velvet, carrot cake, Italian cream cake, white chocolate hummingbird cake, as well as, cheesecakes.
Cake Flavors: white, yellow, chocolate, strawberry
Fillings: strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, cherry, lemon, pineapple
Icing: traditional buttercream, chocolate/white chocolate buttercream, or cream cheese (red velvet, Italian cream cake & carrot cake)

April's Cake Creations

About 3 years ago, I took my first cake decorating class and discovered a hobby that I love! I started taking classes so that I could make Carson's birthday cakes- who knew it would turn into a business!! I began with birthday cakes for kids and now I do pretty much ANYTHING. I stay very busy during the holidays with pumpkin rolls, cookies, candies, and special cakes. I have also been doing weddings, which are lots of work but very rewarding when you see the finished product.
